🧭 Your Payment Journey
Understand Your Payment Commitment.
PTP stands for Promise to Pay.
It is a commitment to complete your outstanding payments according to the agreed payment schedule and applicable terms.
A payment schedule may be arranged around your salary or payday where applicable, provided that all PTP requirements are still met.
The entire PTP arrangement must be completed within 150 days from the instalment agreement's approval date.
The first PTP payment must be made within 30 days from the purchase date.
Each subsequent payment must be made within 30 days of the previous actual PTP payment.
📅 Maximum 150-Day Period
The PTP arrangement cannot exceed 150 days from the date the instalment agreement is approved.
The full outstanding balance must be completed within this maximum period.
🕘 First Payment Within 30 Days
Your first PTP payment must be made within 30 days from the purchase date.
🔄 Every Payment Resets the Cycle
Each actual PTP payment starts a new 30-day period.
The next payment must be made within 30 days of that payment date, without exceeding the overall 150-day limit.
🚫 No Skipping Payment Periods
Customers must follow their agreed payment schedule.
A required payment period cannot be skipped. Each payment must be completed within its applicable deadline.
📆 Understanding the 30-Day Cycle
The following example illustrates how the next payment deadline is calculated after an actual PTP payment.
A payment made on 29 March starts a new 30-day period.
The following payment must be made by 28 April.
If a payment is made earlier, the next 30-day period begins from that actual payment date.
The overall 150-day deadline from agreement approval still applies and may create an earlier final payment deadline.
You cannot skip the April payment deadline and simply make your next payment in May.
The 30-day period is a payment deadline, not an additional grace period.
Plan Carefully. Stay on Schedule.
Before entering an instalment arrangement, please ensure you understand the payment amounts, due dates and obligations in your approved agreement.
Every actual PTP payment starts a new 30-day period, subject to the maximum 150-day period measured from agreement approval.
Customers are responsible for following their agreed payment schedule and completing payments within the applicable deadlines.
If you anticipate difficulty making a payment, contact our team to discuss your situation.
Any proposed adjustment must be confirmed under the applicable agreement and requirements. Contacting our team does not automatically change a payment deadline.
